Promethazine tab help

I got these 25mg promethazine tabs, any recommended dosage? I’m 190 5’8

Promethazine isn't a recreational drug. It will just make you tired. Can enhance some opioids however, but not massively.

25mg is already enough to make you sleepy. It is an antihistamine so no euphoria. In high dosages you will just experience anticholinergic toxicity such as delirium. Nothing pleasant.
Promethazine is just used sometimes with opioids to enhance the nod as it is a sedating antihistamine. That's about how useful recreationally it can be.
