priapism on ssri ? sildenafil, viagra?

Hello,

I am at 75mg of zoloft. With zoloft I have no problem to have an erection or to ejaculate not as other irss.
But, with new girl, I'm afraid of not been enough hard .
So I have(in past and present) the viagra sildenafil 25mg on need, however, I am afraid of having a priapism.
Almost, anxious, because ssri retard orgasm and keep you more time in érection, so if you add viagra...

How does one perceive a priapism?

I mean often I sit, I revise and I have erections for an hour total but with few down every 5min for example.

we say that a priapism is a CONTINUOUS erection without even a slight softening (painful) for more than 4 hours?

I m 24y old. I add I took lot times sildenafil 50 in past(even whithout
be under ssri) and I think never had priapism

i think i am not rational because lot of psy or urlogist give viagra for peoples taking anti depressants

Don't worry about Pria priapism. I only got it from trazadone in rehab. I've eaten enough viagra to get an elephant hard and never had issues. Sometimes head aches and stuffy nose but that's it. Usually my dick gets sore from the sex before erection causes issue.
