I have been taking 30 mg Adderall IR for over 15 years. I want to take a break and see if I can go off permanently. I take about 200-300 mg. magnesium every night before bed. That's really the only other supplement that I take besides an occasional multi vitamin. If I miss a day of Adderall I just feel like shit. No energy, and just feel mad and sad. I hate it. I assume I should taper off and reduce mg slowly over a week or so? Should I start supplementing with Ltyrosine now? i've read alot on how that helps. Also, are there any nootropics that would be safe to switch to? Any advice would be appreciated.
