I've been abusing codeine, cpm syrup since past 5 year's. Now I'm planning on quitting codeine cold turkey. Also I have been abusing Pregablin 150-500 mg since past three weeks along with codeine. I took pregablin solely for recreational purpose as it potentiates codeine a lot. Is it safe to quit pregablin cold turkey? If not, how long should I taper Pregablin before i completely stop it? I have abused it only for three weeks. I have never had a seizure in the past.

That Pregabalin would have made the Codeine cessation a bit smoother but no reason you can't do them both if you are determined. While the Codeine w/d is mostly feeling ugh, doing them together is reason to ease off the Pregab a little. For medium stints a couple weeks is usually in order, but with only three weeks of use you can take it as it comes and might be able to leave it a matter of a few days. I'd drop15-25% every day and re-assess in the middle, if it gets real rough then slowing your roll is in order.
