Poppy seed tea tolerance

Hi,
I did poppy seed tea for the first time last night(2.5 lbs) and am wondering how much to increase my dose today to get to about the same level?

Will cold turkey tomorrow so I don't get addicted LOL

Increase the dose by 0.0lbs and you will get the same out of it if the seeds have consistent amount of chemicals.

Your tolerance won't crank up with first use. You don't have to increase dose for any drug for the second use if the first dose was enough for you.

I for example used 10mgs dose of oxycodone to get high for months before needing to increase my dose even though I did it two to three times per week.
