I believe that is one of the known uses, but i mentioned above, if you don't use a lot, dont get headaches as some do, (although, i doubt this occurs with use once a month type use... more likely smash a few trys on a single night, then complain of side effects) then it can enhance an orgasm if used appropriately.

It also is fun for adding to other drug experiences. For example, few friends over on mdma?? Whipping out a bottle for experimentation is fun, but this is where most experience the unpleasant effects. Only once or twice will be enjoyable.
