Polysubstance user with stomach bug, advice?

I take daily lots of kratom, amphs, gabapentin, and caffeine. Along with antidepressants... I?ve been experimenting with rectal but I?m not sure if these are all safe. Kratom I can?t plug much powder at all.

From reading threads on plugging kratom, you wouldn't plug powder rather make it into a tea as an enema:

The other drugs are safe to use anally. You may want to cut back on caffeine intake because it can make your GI symptoms worse. Make sure you are drinking enough clear liquids to avoid dehydration. Hope you feel better soon.

Just as a note, gabapentin is absorbed very badly rectally, worse than eating them, so there's no benefit to doing so.

Well as long as it still works even if it takes twice as much could be worth it in a sticky situation
