I am not sure where to post regarding "nootropic" type supplements so I just figured this would be the best place.
I just got some Polygala Tenuifolia extract powder 4 days ago and I must say 'WOW' this stuff really works good. I read a bunch of rave reviews on reddit so I decided to order some for myself. It is supposed to have anti-depressant type effects, which it does. What is really nice about this stuff is that its effects can be felt acutely after taking even the 1st dose.. It's also supposed to aid in healthy sleep and give you calm energy throughout the day, which it does. It has NMDA effects and some people say it's anti-depressant type effects are similar to ketamine. I also read it is a triple reuptake inhibitor. For me it is literally the 1st and only "mood booster" type nootropic/natural-plant-extract that has actually worked and boosted my mood.
Have any of you guys tried this Polygala Tenuifolia extract stuff yet? We should make this a thread to discuss this new plant extract. Because this stuff is gaining much attention and popularity among nootropic taking people.
