Benzos PMDD pain discussion? What helps

Aware everyone’s had different experiences with different things. I’m just starting to research this.

Because I believe I have PMDD. Over the counter pain reliever stopped working one day and hasn’t worked since, it’s really strange.

I’m debilitated from living my life like normal and so obviously want to relieve the symptoms. The only thing I take regularly is Prozac 40mg.

I have a bunch of as needed .5mg klonopin that I’m very careful with my use of, but was curious if this would help with the pain?

I’ve read that NSAIDs and OTC relief products for menstrual cycles are not the most ideal to be combining with Prozac.

Whatever has worked for you would love to hear your story and also anyone knowledgeable about whether the benzo will help would be good too.

Thanks.

(Will likely see a specialist soon about this, no worries.)

Black seed oil (I recommend the capsules, you can buy them on Amazon) seems to help a bit for my girlfriend.

For the dysphoric symptoms, as well as for some pain relief, I sometimes give my girlfriend the experimental drug HA-966. Works rapidly to combat the anxiety, depression and provides some minor pain relief. This you can't get on Amazon however 🤔.

The benzo won't really relieve the pain directly, but it can reduce how much the pain is troubling you (which is in someways almost the same thing). Problem is, benzos can sometimes have rebound effects in some people and can deepen feelings of sadness and depression.

Yeah lol I tried it and it did not work to relieve any pain really

It’s great for anxiety though lmao
