Please help I'm freaking out

I usually take 50-60mg oxycodone a day. I ran out and a friend gave me about 15mg liquid methadone 48 hours later I took 30mg- liquid......I have built up my oxycodone tolerance over the last few years....it's been 15 hours since this last dose......am I safe to go to bed? I'm freaking out based on what could happen

I think you could have gotten by with less methadone but should be okay with 30 mg. How do you feel now?
