Heroin Please help, I can't get high

I had been off heroin for about three years and started dabbling again, about three months ago. I have not developed a habit. I was getting high several times a month. I used one day last week and got high then, the next day I used the very same heroin but, was unable to get high. I've tried on two more days, to get high, but, have been unable to get high. What could cause me to suddenly stop being able to get high?

We don't instruct how to get high on BL, that said perhaps you're not using enough or your tolerance has risen, speculative as best. are you on any sort of replacement/maintnance meds for dependency?
