Please help - friend in serious trouble and I don't know what to do...

A friend of mine, a really switched on guy, had a similar experience at a rave. All of a sudden he freaked out and thought that everyone was trying to beat him up. Friends were waiting at the door for him, trying to help him and he thought that they were all going to attack him. Luckily the next day he was fine. He'd recently been on the meth a fair bit, and a few other friends of mine have had similar episodes after meth. Best thing to do is be there for him and try to keep he away from it for a while.
