Phenibut disappearing?

I posted it here, because I couldn't figure out how to put it on the correct directory in OD.
I went to my regular vendor to purchase phenibut, and discovered they no longer carry it. So I checked a couple of other reputable vendors, and looks like they're having sales and trying to get rid of it. I a lot of their product is out of stock. Does anybody know what's going on with this?
