Phenibut dependence
Hello Guys!
I was unintentional dependent from Phenibut.. I did use it for 8-9 Weeks, not everyday (min. 1-2 days without Phenibut) but i got Nevertheless dependent. The day i recognized that i'm dependent i startet dose it down to 30mg and than i did the withdrawal.
It took like 12-14 days till i felt relative normal.That's now 7 days ago.
My question is, when can i start using it again, without getting dependent again.
I for sure will not use it very often, and im not getting dependent again 100%, i only wanna use it 1 time in a week as max.
And is it a problem that i used passiflora the last second days (maybe a dumb question, but i'm asking because it's working on GABA too.)
