Misc Phenibut 24g too much?

I took two tablespoons of Phenibut powder (roughly 24g) with water two hours ago. In between then and now I looked up how much I should dose as a first time user and found that I have taken what some would call too much. I feel relaxed but otherwise normal. Should I be worried? I am a 214 lb. male.

I do enjoy phenibut and, unfortunately, need very high doses. I usually feel good ( good = I shouldn't be in the office anymore at roughly 2.5 tsp PHB HCL ). I'm ~male, 150 lbs. Never get a hangover or withdrawals.

So, for me, a good dose is slightly less than one tbsp. So, you took twice would I would consider a good recreational dose. I can't say you shouldn't be worried, but I'd also plan on just riding it out. My two cents.
 
Jesus fucking Christ dude. It says on the side of the tub not to exceed FOUR grams in a week so you just took SIX TIMES the max recommended dosage. I'm on 3,400 MILLIGRAMS right now and nodding out cause I took too much.

I'd stay near your phone and if you start to get respiratory depression call 911. I don't even know if what you did is life threatening but it seems like it could be.

I swear I don't understand when people do this kind of shit. Why did you decide to look up the dosage AFTER you already took it??

What goes through people's head when they do this shit??

Were you like "oh I guess I'll just take a whole bunch of this shit cause I don't know what the right dosage is"??

Are you trying to win a Darwin award??
 
May be too late for homie... either he is about to sleep for the next couple days, or he is not coming back. I haven't heard about phenibut ODs but if it happens, this guy is going to be the reason it gets banned. SMFH
 
I have no experience with Phenibut. But always read/thought 2-4 grams max dose...I may be wrong but 24g

I looked around online couldn't find anything about reported deaths on it. However, taking that much as a first timer apparently wont make him comatose, it will put him into a psychotic rage. One guy had to be taken to the ER it took a bunch of police officers to subdue him, and only high levels of haloperidol worked to calm him down. So homie may be in trouble here.
 
Holy fucking shit dude. The most I ever took was 4.5g and I was sick as fuck and basically in a coma for two days. I've heard of people taking 10-15g at a time but they usually have huge tolerances and need it to avoid withdrawal. Twenty four fucking grams. Common sense should say it shouldnt take TWENTY FOUR grams of ANYTHING to get high. Idk how much phenibut it takes to kill a person. But it seems you want to find out.
 
And here I am just having taken 325mgs lol. Yes 24 grams is about 22 grams more then the max dose I've ever taken or heard anyone recommend. The effects take forever to come on and usually peak around 4-5 hours in so, you may be in big trouble. Stay around someone that can call 911 if you overdose or start breathing really shallow.
 
i have little to no sympathy for people that do stuff like this i know we all do fucked up shit but to do stupid shit like that ....
like when people say i took 10mg of xanax why did i black out lol
the funny thing is, the person posted the thread after the fact, meaning no matter we said it was gonna be pointless
 
IKR...but I love taking 10mg of xanax,lol. It's the only benzo that i've taken thats given me euphoria, well valium too but it makes me wanna lay around and xanax doesnt...but ya I bout a 100 gram tub of phenibut and took 2 grams the first time and it is HARD for me to go to sleep and i just kinda passed out with my dick in my hand with the porn still going on the computer two hours later....I really don't get why people like this stuff, it only euphoric if you do it every now and again, like every few weeks or once a month, kinda helps with anxiety but not really, but its better than nothing to have for anxiety the way doctors are now....the guy is probly in the hospital because whoever found him couldn't get him to wake up. I really hope he is okay if this is a for real post though.
 
God bless your stomach. Anything over 2.5 grams leaves me feeling like I was throwing back shots of straight HCL acid the night before. Even during benzo w/d I don't find the need to take any more than 1500mgs and even then I get slight cramps.
 
well... he has not come back to make a post... I think it is safe to assume something bad happened. Either he is still comatose, in the ER, or in jail (person tried to use phenibut to commit suicide, instead of kill him or put him out, it put him into a bathsalt/pcp type delirium took several officers to subdue him).

a mod should pin this as a ref on what NOT to do when using phenibut

Would 24g fit on two tablespoons? I have my doubts - but even 2.4g is too much for most people without a hefty tolerance.

Yeah I'm sure it could. Those tiny scoops phenibut usually comes with hits around .6g on my scale. I'm sure a tablespoon would be a good bit. If it was two "heaping" tablespoons it could be a fuck ton. I'm pretty sure this guy doesn't even have a scale, and just read on the internet that a tablespoon of phenibut is roughly 12g.

I'm pretty sure if this is real the OP is regretting his idiotic decision at the moment.
 
^Shit....i havent taken that stuff in years. Remember it being kinda bulky, but it was a hazy period of my life.
Hope the OP is ok.
 
I wasn't very impressed with phenibut. It worked alright for anxiety but it felt very hard on the stomach, I prefer benzos
