Peyote

Alright I've never done peyote and am extremely eager to try it. I found a guy who will sell a $200 minimum of peyote but he hasn't told me yet how many grams, potency, etc. My question to everyone out there: how many grams should I get for $200 and how much of it should I take for my first time?
