Another point I just thought of... When it's raining heavily, we shove an umbrella up... If your so drugged up that "everything's cushty", why expose yourself to such annoyance? Unless you've been in such a mindset it's hard to understand, but you detach from reality when on hard drugs.

I was in a Metro station, when some people turned up in tuxedos etc and were audibly taking the piss, as rain had caused my hair to be flat on my head. I have real issues with these snobby upper class twats, who think they're above everyone else, so when we all got out at Monument station, I let them get ahead, then did a 'Singing in the rain' type performance, jumping into puddles and soaking them. I was off my crust on speed & weed and pissed myself laughing.
Anyway, they looked like the'd vote tory!!
