Been taking Paxil for three years. Yes it certainly has had an effect on my libido. Has anyone in my situation ever used things like cocaine etc to somehow fix this dilemma????? Thanks.

I actualy like it. I can fuck way longer before busting a nut. Doenn't affect my libido/ me being a horny bastard at all. I'm also on self prescribed tstosterone cypionate 200mg/week which certainly gratly enhances my libido/sex drive.

Cocaine doesn't sound safe to use to enhance libido in combination with Paxil to me speaking from thinking what the psych who once prescribed me it would be thinking like I suppose.

if it is cut with something who knows how that unknown agent could interact but I can't see a doctor thinking this is a good idea even if it was like hospital grade caine

Now Cialis or Viagra with Paxil? Big Pharma would stamp their approval on that one quick I bet. Totally safe just ask a doctor nearest you.

Jk I would try coca leaves before cocaine hydrochloride myself I were on pax todag

Oh I heard adaptogens like Rhodiola good for depression and help libido less side effects than a SSRI I imagine

Before I stopped SSRI drugs like Paxil, I think I was on Zoloft during my Adderall years, anyways Adderall and weed help libido I can tell you from going to the races on them in the heat of the moment...hate to push another prescription but that stuff worked my libido like a race horse

Helped? Haha amigo riding a bull for too long you will get dragged down and trampled I would never prescribe Adderall for low libido symptoms especially if they might be a side effect of a SSRI. As for cannabis when I say it helps I mean it lights it on fire seem past that point right now using it though oh boy

Libido and the ability to get hard are two different things , cialis 5 mg daily should help.
Trimix injections will get you right back in the swing of things.

I agree, if I take it earlier that day or the day before sex you can fuck like a pornstar….
In on it 24/7 and also on 200mg teststerone cypionate per week. Always ready to perform no matter what. I actually got cialis on hand which i don't need but if me and the missus (who by the way loves to get lusted constantly) want to fool around i take it.

I found that if I took Paxil everyday within two weeks my sex drive was gone so I stopped it , but one of the side effects I noticed was the delayed orgasm so I just used it with cialis or viagra before sex and thought the combo was great.
I gotta get that refilled 😬

The exogenous ( and rathejr lenient dosing) of test makes you basically like you were on puberty again. Sure it Will tone down a bir but still maintain high baseline after that..

I had this effect on venlafaxine (which you probably can substitute for any of the S/NRIs), to be able to perform longer and control orgasm but at the price of greatly blunted feelings and the inability to perform/last without the drug - this doesn't go away easily but also I didn't make it through more than a week without any SSRI for many years now because of the crippling abstinence syndrome.

I can confirm that testosterone brings libido back when I had zero from morphine use. Viagra only helps physically but does nothing to emotions, T is better. Most if not all of these psycho pills increase prolactin which also decreases dopamine. T + the stim prolintane brought an intense spike in libido while on morphine + venlafaxine.

Cocaine might do it for the short time, no idea though as I never was into this expensive stuff. As might (very) low dose meth do.

Thank you all for the advice. I may need to just talk to my dr about what to do if libido is still an issue after I stop taking Paxil which will be in about two weeks. I'm down to a very low dose right now.

That is a tough one for sure. I'm pretty sure I ruined a relationship by taking Fluoxetine (Prozac). It left me completely uninterested in sex. This gives me no pleasure (no pun intended, naturally), but the lack of sex in the relationship only gave me more time to analyze the relationship itself in a logical way, meaning, I really was not at all interested in this girl. I'm sure so many of those old philosophers back in Greece would say "What if man could control his natural compulsions..." blah blah and here we are, men discussing how difficult it is for us to come.

If this drug is really helping you, which I assume it is, then I would investigate other avenues for solving this problem. I can say pretty squarely that Cocaine is probably not going to be helpful to you in any meaningful way. I would ask your doctor about this, as he or she is probably way more qualified to answer such a question. There are a lot of things that come to mind as potential treatments such as Sildenafil (Viagra), but I am totally unsure of how all of these conditions and medications interact.

I wish there was a word between ejaculate and come that we could use. Ejaculate is a little bit too formal and somehow, using the word "come" as a verb in such polite company as this makes me feel a bit like a pig.

"Make my stuff happen"?

Opinions?
