Oxycodone usage

Hi all. Long time reader, first time writer. I usually take 70mg of oxycodone a day, have been for 3 years (gradually going up in dosage). I would say I am pretty opiate tolerant. That being said, if I were to take 1 time released 20mg and 5 10mg instant release is there a chance of od-ing? I take oxy for pain management but they will not increase my dose and I have been on the same dose for a year and it doesn't work (I broke my back and I am painfully paralyzed on one side). I just want the pain to go away for even a little bit. I don't care if I run out of meds before I get my new prescription, I just want relief but scared of oding

Highly unlikely, given your reported tolerance. No other drugs in the picture? Have you tried other medications for your pain?
