Oxycodone plugging dosage

Hi all, with regards to plugging oxycodone, what are the equivalent dosages to plug compared to what someone would have to swallow for an equal high?
What I mean is that if I swallowed say 200mg of instant release oxycodone, what would be the dose of oxy that i would have to plug to get as equally intoxicated?
Same for 50mg, 100mg, and 400mg of swallowed ir oxycodone.

I had a hard time finding anything concrete regarding Oxycodone's rectal bioavailability, but I have experience with this drug by this ROA. I mean, the oral bioavailability is quoted as high as 87%. I never made any adjustments to my dosage, but did find the ROA to produce a stronger perceived effect. You can only imagine that rectal administration doesn't get much better than that. You might want to account for a slightly increased potency just due to the fact that the drug will be hitting you a little bit faster.

Thanks for the replies. My usual dose is 420mg of oxy ir. So what would be an equivalent dosage to equal my oral dose please?
