Oxycodone IR. Took 4 10mg instant release oxycodones. How long till it is out of my system or non detectable in urine?

Hello I am in pain management prescribed hydro and bupe patches. I had a SEVERE migraine last night and accidentally took 4 10mg oxycodones I had leftover. I have pain management coming up this Friday and last thing I want is to get kicked off my program I take seriously. They usually drug test. I just want to know if it will be out of my system by then? Thank you
