I have 5 pills (5:325 Oxy/Acetaminophen) I took 2 an hour ago and feel good, I want to feel even better tho, I have no tolerance. I have some alcohol as well should I drink a couple shots or just more oxy. Can I take all 5 and be okay as a first timer ?

Alcohol ruins the opioid buzz for me, just makes it dirty feeling.
No worries I’ve found this forum to be far and above all others for its information on harm reduction and it’s community. I just took all 5 so 25 mg oxy total and I’m not going to drink just cuz it’s my first time trying these.
