Not sure if its the dab giving me headaches or the xanax but I smoke frequently (2-5) times a day, I smoke so much I barely get high anymore. Do the headaches mean stop smoking? Not sure whats going on

if I have 5 big tokes in a day of strong hash or weed in a day, then I do get a headache in the night but gone after Tylenol next morning. I think it is a known thing from THC, I try to keep my fluids up and that helps.

Smoking constricts blood vessels sometimes, or raises blood pressure, inhaling carbon-monoxide due to combustion will also cause a headache, not to mention depriving the brain of oxygen while smoking will have its own impacts

I usually am just dehydrated as fuck without having noticed, but sometimes its just down to having smoked too much too quickly. Blunts always give me a headache now but I blame the wrap most definitely.

I have noticed that cannabis induces bruxism.

Bruxism gives headache because the jaw muscles are located in the head, try to identify whether this pain is a muscular pain

in general headaches are not headaches, it sounds stupid but it's true, only few problems (in general more serious problems) generate true headaches (if you not a woman).

4 or more tokes -> high but guaranteed headache even if taken over a period of several hours (1/2 day)
3 tokes -> high but not much more than 2 tokes possible headache
2 tokes -> a bit higher than 1 toke no headache
1 toke -> quite high, even gets shakey and shivery within 20 minutes no headache

I guess I am a 2 toke smoke (for high thc hybrids/hash/dab etc.). it's best if I am on a day when I have some lysergamides in my system.
