I have all of these and heard they can help, but do they really?

I have cigarettes, chlorpromazine, quetiapine and cyclizine.

26 hours into opiate withdrawal now, 17 hours until I get my next script. I don't have co-codamol, DXM or Loperamide,

I was on a dose of seroquel, effexor and valdoxan when I was in rehab and I barely felt the withdrawal, although I received some IM shots too of an unknown substaace.

if you don't have something to do and don't mind being seroqueled out than you can give it a try.

although with the chlorpromazine I got no experience so can't vouch for that at all.
