Hey ppl.

Just a quick one... This might sound a bit stupid but has modern science discovered a way to stop or reverse Opioid Tolerance without stopping your daily regimen of Opioids? I'm sure this question has been asked before but I can't find anything, Cheers.

Come to think of it I'm sure I read somewhere ages ago that NMDA Antagonists like Ketamine somewhat limits or slows down Opioid tolerance to a certain degree but if I remember correctly you've got to be completely Opioid naive for it to work. It won't "reverse" Opioid tolerance, only limits / slows it down.

Add equivalent dose of naltrexone with your opioid dose? Just kidding.

Ketamine is the only thing that comes to mind off hand and I don’t know exactly how it works though.
