Swim just got a 10 mg methadone pill and was wondering how much to take. Swim has taken a fair amount of opiates in the past 2 years. Swim would do opiates for roughly 1 week and stop for a month or 2. In the past 2 weeks swim has done 160 mg of the RC 'China White' (fentanyl analogue) over the course of 3 days then 40 mg oxycodone mixed with some alcohol 2 nights in a row. Swim took the 40 mg of oxy over the course of 1.5 hours. Swim is 6'6" tall and weighs 270 lbs. Swim is wondering if it would be ok to take the whole 10 mg pill or if swim should cut it in half? Swim only has one pill and would rather get 1 good experience over 2 average ones, but obviously doesn't want to OD.
