Opioid Conversion Chart -- Not Accurate?

Hi guys

I normally take 25 to 30mg of hydrocodone to get high, but with codeine I need at least 450mg codeine to feel it. Now, I happened to just land 5mg Percocets. According to the conversion charts, I would need at least 45 mg of oxycodone to equate to the codeine dose. And for Hydro, it comes to about 60 mg. Yet I take significantly less hydro and still get high? What gives? So much oxy should I take to get high?

To your question, everyone is different, and there are alot of people who don't metabolize codeine well(myself included) codeine is metabolized differently than other opiates.
