Old black tar

I found a 2 year old 30 bag of black tar I had lost cause I forgot i put it in a hat that I don't ever wear. It was in a bag and was indoors the entire 2 years since I lost it. You guys think its still good?

Unless it?s completely dry tar it might have been hydrolyzed into morphine. You should wash it with a bit of alcohol and let it dry just to kill any bacteria that have got into it. Also check it for mold and fungal growths.
