I really, really would rethink what you're thinking about doing. You can expect a pretty shitty time. I'm trying to be objective as possible here. I've read not spoken to in real life 1 (one) individual who claimed that the experience of nutmeg overdosage was "not so bad". If you're idea of shooting for the stars in terms of drug usage is "not feeling so bad", then there's a slight possibility that you can get there with nutmeg. Most likely though, it will make you into a nervous, delirious wreck like it does for literally just about everyone who's tried it.

You have Methylphenidate. You can have some reasonable kicks with that. Leave out the nutmeg and I'm saying this for your own good man.
