Not sure what my reagent test is showing

hey ive recently come across what was meant to be 'MDMA' but my reagent testing comes up with this

Mandelin went orange
Marquis went olive/darklish
mecke went olive
Simons went pink/yellow spots
can someone please help me with this?
this is what i got

i had a little taste test and it was very very bitter and my tongue went all numb

idk, i've searched it up and majority of people said its BZT or Ketamine
but i guess it is bunk and obviously not what im looking for

Just had a mate that had 80-100mg cap
of this stuff and he rolled pretty hard he said
this guy is medium tolerance
dilated pupils
Jiggly legs
i'll ask him more info on the effects after he wakes up
Update* 11:01pm
Rolling hard, same effects as MDMA
but coming down he said was the worst
so bad he didn't sleep and work was unbearable for him
