(answered) No response from forum mod? next step?

I searched around a bit and couldn't find anything.

Long story short, a thread of mine was closed (mostly from the thread being derailed, according to the mod who closed it), leaving some questions of mine unanswered. I PM'd the mod asking to reopen it and why I felt it should be reopened, and I have not gotten a response. This was several days ago. What should my next step be?
