Hi what ingredients can I use to boost the nitrogen content in my protein powder as I have revived a bizzare government tender for extremely high percentage of nitrogen in the product .

So they want a blend of skim milk powered and maltodextrin with a nitrogen content of upto 60%. Which is not possible as skim milk powder is 35% protein. It is a big tender and can really help us recover from Covid losses.
