you are right in saying that legilisation would cull the black market professionals who make big profits without having to worry about product quality control.
 
Legalise drugs and organised crime profits will go down by 80% crooks have got lazy and now depend on drugs for income

I admit it was a complete guess but i would suggest probably close to the mark.

Each weekend millions of Australians use mdma or something sold as mdma.

I doubt that more than 1 in 5 drug users use meth and or h and or coke. Probably less than 10 % but I was prepared to give 20%.
