I agree it is good to see the cops admitting this, and it looks to me like the "they will all get depression and kill themselves" was added to cover them, so they wouldn't be glorifying the drugs.
And while people on E can be violent and dangerous. From my experience I'd say their less likely to be.
It's not like every person who drinks gets violent and it's not like everyone who takes E gets all calm and loving.
