new to this but not the addiction

Ive been addicted to smoking meth for about 4/5 years, i recently hit rock bottom and have been sober for 23 days with a one day slip inbetween there. Ive recently am experiencing some things from soberity, im hot all the time, not sweating just hot. I cant sleep at night, cant get comfy anymore. Im so depressed i seriously have no one. Belive it or not i kept my addiction hidden from my family and kids. I cant turn to anyone that i know cause there all users. Im losing wat little mind ive kept. I live in utah and could use some one going through this like me
