Where's the new posts button? And, when I click on a thread how come it doesn't take me straight to the first unread post?
 
The "what's new?" tab on the top left of the page serves as the new posts link.

If you want to skip to the newest unread posts in a thread click on the icon to the left of the thread titles that looks like two down-arrows on top of one another.

Found what's new but can't see these two arrows. I'm on tablet not desktop if that makes a difference.
 
Ok. I think that on the mobile version it's the right arrow all the way to the right of the thread title.
