Hello I'm new obviously, and read through the rules, and there's one rule that seemed like it answered a question I had, however it was not totally clear to me, so I wanted to clarify.

Am I correct in interpreting from the rules, that discussing names of vendors is prohibited, even if it involves substances that are 100% legal in the country ?
