can they be combined? smoked nep causes nausea. psychowiki says careful about serotonin syndrome with nep. but i think zofran affects a different serotonin receptor, right?

thanks

Zofran is an 5-HT3 antagonist and shouldn't be a problem. That said 5-HT3 antagonists have been associated with SS in some rare cases. NEP also seems to be at most modestly serotonergic.

If it is too worrisome perhaps take some diphenhydramine instead.
