Need Help Understanding Drug Test Levels

Basically, I was drug tested a few weeks ago and received my results about a week after. While I understand that ng/mL means that there were X ng of the drug in every mL of blood, I do not actually have a good measure for what is considered very high, what overdose levels are, or anything of the sort. So can anyone give me a frame of reference for the following levels:

Amphetamine: 39,683 ng/mL
Methamphetamine:91,565 ng/mL
Alprazolam (Xanax): 1,766 ng/mL
THC: 236 ng/mL
Opiates: 537 ng/mL

Needless to say it was a pretty shitty day lmao
