Hi guys so like the title says . I ordered Kratom for the first time and I would appreciate some direction in how to dose . I have a 1 gram a day heroin habit currently . So I bought
2X 20x extract 1oz
5X red Bali 1oz
10X 50x extract 1G
so I have not the first clue about Kratom so if someone can suggest a routine for me I would really appreciate it . I do not want to stay on it . I was hopingjust to take the edge of the withdrawals with this .
