Need Help Changing Email/Password - Admins

Hi, so when I created this email I used a temporary email that is discarded a few days after use.
I did this for anonymity but I know have an email made for this account.
I'm worried I'll be logged out of this site one day and be unable to recover my password.

Is it possible for an admin to change my email for me?
 
the problem is I ahhh don't know my password. I may have it written somewhere on a piece of paper, will post in a few hours if nit
 
if you have lost your password and you no longer have access to the email you used to create the bl account, then i am afraid there is nothing we can do.
