Need gelp with Blog

This may be a silly question, and I apologize if it's just my own lack of common sense that makes this difficult haha. Anyway, I can't seem to figure out how to post to my own blog. Is that a feature exclusive to Bluelighters only (as opposed to greenlighters like myself), or am I just being ridiculous? Thanks for the help, love y'all
