Know what the problem with lemon juice is? It can make you go blind. It can contain bacteria that will give you an infection and you will be a blind heroin addict.

Vinegar isn't sterile, either, but I think there is less risk, at least compared to using lemon juice, which you should NEVER do again.

Go into the baking section of the market, and you can buy pure ascorbic acid, it's used for canning. It takes a TINY amount, less than a pinch, to adjust the pH of water you will need for a shot.

We don't have dilaudid over here (euroland) also it's not wise to give opiates to someone with bacterial pneumonia as it stops them from coughing up mucus (which is the only way to get the crap out)

Asorbic acid is vitamin c. Just want to make that clear.
