Need advice ASAP: plz help

My drug of choice is opiates . But I have been on the Vivitrol shot for 6 months I have experimented with opiates and have had some success in catching a high. But last night i I.V used meth for the first time and right now i am tripping the fuck out, my question is if I get opiates will they help with the Comedown

When I tried meth years ago I found oxy to help a bit but I was using benzo also. I would personally keep the opiates to use by themselves.. can you get a benzo or even try Benadryl
