Need a little expunging information

Ok got a few interviews comming up, I need a little information on how long both Acid and E stays in your system. Acording to the "standard" urin test?

Acid is permenant, but located in your spinal fluid or hair and no company wants to spend the money on a hair test or a spinal tap.
E metabolizes and leaves your system within 3-4 days. Of course it might fluctuate a little based on consumption amount, metabolic rate, exercise, etc. but 4 days is a good, reasonably safe time frame.

Thanks man, I knew about the spinal tap but wanted confirmation. I hear E was like 5 days but a week will be a safe bet for all concerned.
