I'm guessing nobody in the US on here is participating? Throwing away pain meds at the police station seems about the dumbest idea I've ever heard of.

Wish I could stand outside and do a collection of my own.

I've actually wondered what percentage of those scripts are control substances. I am, however, pretty certain that percentage is overstated when it comes to the PR side of "Take Back" day. I saw a show some time ago where they would say things like, each of these boxes hold X hundreds of pounds and therefore is valued at $500,000 or whatever! Seriously? Give me a break, there's no way it's possible to say something like that based on that small amount of information. Hell, one or two measly bottles of Opana would be worth over $2,500 and couldn't weigh but a couple ounces! Sorry, just needed to rant for a bit. Take care all!
