Name of compound that extends ketamine positive outlook for two weeks

I'm guessing this can be used with fxe. Mxe and related? Heard it on the Tim Ferris podcast with Dr. John.

Ketamine usually lasts 3-5 days afterwards. This extends it to two weeks. Does anyone know the name of this compound or drug?

Its called rapamycin. Its a immunosuppressant Start at 3:14

if pre treated with rapamycon vs not, in the same subjects ,(works by block mtor), it works making ketamine work 40 % more. Six mgs is the optimal dose. It appears it may be difficult to find this without prescription.

Would quercetin work similar since its of the first senolytic drugs ?
