Reminds me of an episode of COPS I saw a while back. This black dude was running around naked high on PCP. Anyway it took about 8 cops to get him to the ground and cuff him ......good times

because two other people in the city had been found on it 8) lol not the best reason imo.. though he's obviously flipping out on something


btw ive never done pcp but plenty of people use it without problems....
