I used to take ultram and norcos. I didn't want to be prescribed triplicates. Plus, I knew I would destroy my tolerance and feel bad if I didn't take more and more. I came up with a rotating pain protocol that works for me. Individual results may vary.
First of all: I have SI Joint disfunction and I am legally prescribed Tylenol 3
This rotation helps reduce pain and protect my tolerance. Leaves me with extra T3 for Water Extraction once a week. I do not use T3 and Kratom on the same day.
I work 36 hours a week as a nurse. 12 hour shifts. Rotating 2 week shifts. I must be fast and sharp but pain free. Here is my pain med schedule that is effective for me.
Week 1
Monday: 12 Hour Shift
Monday: Day Off

Friday: Day Off- Water extracted T3 and a couple beers or mixed cocktail. (no tylenol)
