Please note I wasn't talking personally about YOU, which would be nonsense since I don't know you. And yes I've had people say to me in one way or another that they felt this drug was their ticket out of all the pain of life. And I'm all too well aware that I've felt that way myself on occasion. That just because ingesting this chemical built a wall between me and the outside world / me and my own inner life, it somehow was salvation in a syringe. Yah that kind of fucked - up thinking does happen.
